What Missouri testers found at Funzcity
From 4 verified Missouri reviewer tests: real accounts, real purchases.
Redeeming means photographing your credit card — an unusual extra step
The Missouri tester who worked through redemption had to upload a partially masked photo of the purchase card before redeeming, on top of the standard 25 SC gift-card and 100 SC cash minimums.
“To do so, you must upload a photo of your credit card with your name and the first six and last four numbers visible.”
“Redemption limits are 25 SC (or City Coins) for gift cards and 100 SC for cash.”
Support starts with an unhelpful chatbot
Two of our four Missouri tests rated support poorly: the AI chat couldn't resolve issues and reaching a human involved a wait.
“There is an AI chatbot that is useless. When it invetiable fails to answer your question or address your problem, you may ask for a human, though there is a wait.”
“I messaged support about it but they weren’t helpful.”
Promotions have fine print — wheel spins and cashback expire fast
Missouri testers found the rewards generous on paper but time-boxed in practice: level-up wheel spins had to be used immediately, and the daily 5% playback expires 24 hours after it's issued.
“unless I stopped my game and spun the wheel right then and there I wouldn’t get them later”
“Five percent of your losses for the day is issued back to you in 24 hours and must be claimed within 24 hours.”
Best suited to slots and scratchers players
One of the four Missouri tests summed up what the others echoed: the library is slots-first, with a thin bench of table and live options.
“Its appeal rests firmly on slots, scratchers, and quick entertainment rather than a deep collection of table games or live casino options.”

Rated 8/10“FunzCity is pleasant, even if it never becomes unforgettable. Signup was a breeze, adding money was easy, and the inviting interface is easy on the eyes and simple to navigate. Its strength is the slot selection. FunzCity works with an impressive range of game providers and offers plenty of newer titles, which was…”
Rated 7/10“FunzCity Social Gaming boasts 2,407 games, including casino games. The site benefits from a cash back program, but falls short when it comes to ease of redemption. FunzCity offers no sign-up bonus for creating an account. There's no requirement to verify your account at sign-up. Creating an account was simple.…”

Rated 6/10“FunzCity got me. Despite having a pretty good handle on online gaming and casinos, my money got gobbled up pretty quick on this one. It's not necessarily their fault, everything is slick and they've got taken your coins and money down to a science. One thing I can blame them for is burying 'Redeem', not that I had…”
Rated 6/10“Upon playing this site they offer a lot of promotions but some of them are kind of tricky and seem like they apply to you but they really don’t unless your at a certain vip level. I thought I was going to get to accumulate the wheel spins I was awarded everytime I leveled up and found out that unless I stopped my…”

Overview
Funzcity is one of the most-tested brands in our reviewer program: 42 members have played it. It's a sister site to Funrize, built around a lobby of more than 2,000 games. Testers averaged 7.2/10 overall, and the typical verdict was a fun, slick slots site with a slower cash-out than they'd like.
Sign-up and purchases
Sign-up takes a Google, Facebook or Apple account, or an email. Purchases scored 8.5/10. Testers paid with Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and PayPal; the most popular pack was $12.99 for 325,000 Fun Coins plus 26 City Coins. One tester had a purchase held until live chat passed it to the security team, after which it went through.
Games
Games scored 7.5/10. The lobby is large and slot-led, with table games, shooting games and some live games mixed in, though a few testers saw slots only. A handful reported games that didn't load or ran slowly, and one found navigating back to the lobby awkward.
Redemption and verification
Fourteen testers reached redemption. Seven waited 3+ days, six were paid in 1 to 2 days, and one the same day. Withdrawal ease averaged 7.4/10. Verification is the sore point: one tester was asked for a photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement, and a face scan before they could use the site, and rated it 2/10. Others found the "Redeem" option buried.
Support
Live chat came up repeatedly as quick and helpful.
Verdict
A large, polished lobby that most of our testers enjoyed. Expect a few days for your first redemption and a thorough ID check.
