Quick Verdict
Stake.us is the most recognised brand in this wave and publishes a dated restricted-states list that rules out Arizona and Pennsylvania. We have not yet collected verified reviewer evidence, and our testers are working through it now.
We Tested Stake.us from Missouri
Our reviewer program has completed 23 documented tests of Stake.us, including 3 by Missouri players: real accounts, real purchases, real redemptions, most recently in October 2026.
Rated 8/10“Stake feels like a full casino rather than a lobby built around slots. Signup was a breeze, although the platform verifies your identity and age from the start, which adds a responsible layer without making registration difficult. Once inside, there is plenty to explore, including slots, live dealer tables,…”
Rated 8/10“Sign up was the best. It was very confusing to find the place to verify the email on the website. I played the slots with the SC coins given. I have to wait 48 hours before I could get the gold coins. I used the chat and they did respond right away. I wish they would have given the gold coins right away where I…”

What it is
Stake.us is a sweepstakes casino operated by Sweepsteaks Limited. You play with a free virtual currency, and a second, promotional currency is what can be redeemed. Stake.us excludes some states under its own published terms; see the At a Glance table for current eligibility.
What our reviewers measured
We have no verified reviewer tests on Stake.us yet. Our testers are working through it now, and this page will carry measured purchase and redemption scores as soon as that evidence exists. Until then, everything below comes from Stake.us's own published terms.
Playing free
Where Stake.us operates, the signup offer is shown in the current offer box. No purchase is necessary to take part, and the operator's rules set out an alternative method of entry. Coin packages are optional and only ever buy the free-play currency.
Worth knowing
Illinois gaming board issued a cease-and-desist letter to stake/stake.us on 2026-02-04 (source: igb.illinois.gov/.../20260204-cease-and-desist-stake-stake-us.pdf), determining its activity constitutes illegal gambling under illinois law Terms change often, so read the operator's current rules before playing.
The full Stake.us Missouri review
Most sweepstakes casinos are slot lobbies with a few tables attached. Two of our three Missouri testers found something different at Stake.us: a dedicated poker section. One called it a welcome change that gave them something to play when they needed a break from the reels. The other liked that it came with live chat, player rankings and community stats, a place where cautious and bigger players could mix. The three Missouri tests, between September 24 and October 15, 2026, scored Stake.us 7.7, from individual scores of 8, 8 and 7. Across all the states our reviewers test from, it scores 6.7 from 19 tests in eight states. Three tests is a small sample.
More than slots
The October 7 tester said Stake.us feels like a full casino rather than a lobby built around slots. Beyond poker they found live dealer tables, the operator's own original games, scratch cards and a slot library with several titles they had never seen before. They called the platform polished, entertaining and easy to recommend.
The October 15 tester praised the layout and its filters, which let you sort games by publisher, popularity, new releases and features. They found some slots generic but the variety decent.
Game range averaged 8.3 and game quality 7.7.
Verification comes first
All three Missouri tests involved an ID check, and Stake.us verifies identity and age at the start rather than at redemption. The October 7 tester felt it added a responsible layer without making registration difficult. The October 15 tester found it a lot of paperwork for the size of the free start, and scored account creation 4. The September tester scored signup highly but struggled to find where to confirm their email address. Account creation averaged 6.7.
Stake.us sets its minimum age at 21, above the 18 that many sweepstakes sites use in Missouri. Its terms also ask for a promo code within 24 hours of signup to claim the full welcome.
The welcome

Our offer data does not include a first-purchase deal for Stake.us. The September tester played their free Sweeps Coins straight away but had to wait 48 hours for the Gold Coins to arrive, which the operator's terms confirm can happen. They wished the Gold Coins had come at once so they could play more. The October 15 tester spread the free SC across ten small spins and reached about twenty minutes of play without buying anything.
Paying in
Stake.us takes Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and a long list of cryptocurrencies. The one Missouri tester who rated purchases scored them 8.
Support
The September tester used live chat and got a reply right away. Support averaged 7.5 across the two testers who rated it.
